With a rich educational tapestry that spans psychology, business, and counseling, Jeff received degrees from the University of Maryland, Boston College, Temple University, and Penn State University. He has an extensive background in assessment design and delivery, including several 360° tools, DISC®, Hogan, and MBTI®. He has created a number of psychological and behavioral assessments, including the popular LwH-360™ online 360 feedback survey. Prior to his current role, Jeff co-founded Habit Change Company, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer, helping to raise capital, build teams, and form strategic partnerships. He also served as the 2011 President of ICF Philadelphia, where he and his team led the largest public event in its history, moved the organization to a cloud-based infrastructure, increased membership by 30 percent, and tripled the bottom line.
Jeff received the distinguished recognition of the 2022 U.S. Leadership Development Coach of the Year by CEO Today magazine.
Jeff has been designing & facilitating training programs for almost 40 years and is the brainchild and co-developer of the 126-hour ICF accredited Habit Change Coach Training & Certification, a program taught for over 15 years at universities, online, and other locations.
Jeff has published 3 books and written several articles, including, Health Management Policy & Innovation’s 2018 article, A Blueprint for Developing Leadership in Physicians and Non-Physicians, written by Dr. Greg Shea, Dr. Jeff Kaplan, and Dr. Steve Klasko. Jeff has been featured in such publications as SmartCEO, Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Business Journal, and The Hospitalist.
