Jennifer is a corporate facilitator, executive coach, and owner of Jennifer Beth Mintzer Consulting, founded in 2016 and based in New York City. She has spent 14 years in the learning and development space, specializing in leadership training and professional skill enrichment. She is passionate about building confidence, fostering inclusion, and, above all, creating impact.
She is a certified practitioner in MBTI, Insights, EIP (PSI), and SLII. Jennifer has worked across multiple industries with clients including Barclays, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, A&E, Showtime, The Mind Gym, PVH, Sesame Workshop, David Yurman, and Verizon Media, among others. Most recently, Jennifer served as Interim Director of Spectrum and Belonging at Audible, concentrating on diversity and inclusion.
Jennifer delivers her programs to all managerial levels, covering subjects like Communication Styles, Inclusive Leadership, Presentation Skills, Feedback, Goal-Setting, Networking, Collaboration, Negotiation, and Effective Time Management.
In addition to the corporate world, Jennifer has worked for many years as a professional actor. Her artistic background, paired with years of corporate experience, produces a safe, creative, and fun environment for professionals to learn and challenge themselves. The result is a workshop that is actionable, personalized, and empowering for each individual while still developing a stronger, more cohesive, and more communicative team.
Jennifer has degrees in both Vocal Performance and American History from Boston University and loves sharing music with others. In her spare time, she volunteers with Sing for Your Seniors, a non-profit that brings live music to elderly communities around New York City.
