Jennifer is a facilitator and executive coach based out of New York City. Her focus is on building confidence, building efficiencies – and above all, creating impact. She specializes in effective communication, presentation skills and people styles. Her work serves to help others build a greater degree of confidence in themselves and their work.

Jennifer has degrees in both Vocal Performance and American History from Boston University. She marries her background in theater with her long history in the corporate space to create a safe and creative environment for professionals to learn and challenge themselves.

Jennifer has spent 12 years in the learning and development space, delivering leadership and professional skills and trainings across a variety of managerial levels and functions.  Subjects range from foundational leadership topics (such as Delegation, Feedback, Goal Setting, Inclusive Leadership) to professional skill development (such as Presentation Skills, Presence, Communication Styles, Time Management). 

She has worked for corporations and in theaters across America. In Jennifer’s corporate work, she coached executives at Goldman Sachs, and trained employees at all levels across Bloomberg L.P. She spent many happy years on stage, and many happy years in conference rooms. Jennifer has a passion for helping others obtain the skills and confidence they need to have an impact on their clients and stakeholders.
