Joanne has twenty-five years of experience coaching leaders in a variety of industries. As an Organizational Psychologist, Joanne is uniquely qualified to advise leaders in the context of their business, strategy, structure, and culture. Joanne has also worked in academia and in senior leadership roles where she was responsible for profit and loss. She approaches her coaching from the lens of the business leader as well as a trusted advisor. Joanne has coached CEOs and high-potential leaders who have made transitions into C-level positions. Her extensive expertise in leadership assessment fortifies her ability to help leaders understand where they are today and plan a course of action for reaching their goals.
Joanne led a global team at a large consulting firm to design and deliver a coaching process for leaders. The coaching process linked business strategy, organizational goals, and key competencies to ensure results. The objective was to create a consistent and best-in-class process that would accelerate performance for the organization while achieving higher levels of success for the leader. She designed and delivered coaching training programs for consultants.
In her consulting career, Joanne has led geographic regions with responsibility for all aspects of management and business outcomes. Joanne began her career in academia in a tenure-track position in the College of Business at Northeastern Illinois University and later as an adjunct professor at De Paul University.
