Jordan Goldrich brings 40+ years of experience as a chief operations officer, executive coach, and trusted advisor to AIIR. A member of Marshall Goldsmith’s MG100, he is co-author of the Amazon Best Seller “Workplace Warrior®, People Skills For The No-Bullshit Executive” and producer/host of the podcast Workplace Warrior®, Drive Results Without Damaging Relationships®.
He partners with valuable executives who are experienced as abrasive to be completely authentic, fulfill their mission, eliminate complaints, and drive results without damaging relationships®. If they are analytic, technical, and/or introverted, they can be perceived as unavailable, overly tactical, or lacking confidence. Women executives have the challenge of being perceived as abrasive for the same behavior accepted from men.
Jordan’s understanding of leadership and the warrior spirit is informed by his work with The Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Forces Community’s transition to the civilian workforce and civilian life.
As COO of a managed mental health/employee assistance company, Jordan was a key member of the team that created an 800% revenue increase over seven years, attained a California Knox-Keene license, and executed an acquisition by WellPoint Health Networks (purchased by Anthem). He created a customer focused culture using cross-functional team problem-solving methods rooted in Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma.
Prior to joining AIIR, Jordan provided thousands of hours of executive coaching for a top-five international leadership development and executive coaching organization. As an employee assistance executive, he provided consulting on mergers and acquisitions, layoffs, change, threats of violence, and addressing serious performance issues. Jordan designed, coordinated, and taught classes in a professional certificate program called “Coaching for Organizational Excellence” for San Diego State University.
