Keith is a highly experienced senior executive coach, having worked for most of his career with executive leaders in the financial services industry and other firms. He brings extensive experience in business and deep psychological education to his work. As a result, he blends a systems approach with specific behavior change techniques in his development work with senior executives. His clients find that his genuine, caring, and pragmatic style, as well as his business expertise, make him a valued partner in their leadership journey.
Keith became an independent coach and executive consultant in 2019 after an extended career as an organizational psychologist and internal executive coach. For 12 years, Keith was the most senior internal coach at Goldman Sachs in New York City. There, he provided assessments, individual and programmatic leadership development, and talent development for the top 450 partners in the firm and the senior leadership pipeline (directors and managing directors).
Prior to joining Goldman, Keith was head of training and organizational development at HSBC Securities in both New York and Hong Kong. His first job was with Kiddy and Partners, a bespoke business psychology consulting firm in London, focusing on executive assessment and development.
