Krish has lived and worked on four continents and in as many industry arenas, viz. industrial consumables (3M Co.), industrial commodities (Praxair, now part of Linde AG), IT services (Satyam/TechMahindra), and enterprise software (SAP AG). A significant part of his career has involved his being a change agent and catalyst for organizational growth, sales effectiveness, innovation, and strategic transformation, working across cultural and functional boundaries. In his years as a corporate executive, he has been appreciated for his high-energy creative professionalism, a strong drive for results, and a proven ability to work across cultures with the highest integrity and people focus.
Leveraging a variety of methodologies, which include appreciative inquiry, design thinking, and systemic or holistic coaching, Krish co-creates the coaching-consulting engagement with leaders and teams, transforming thought into action, and creating partnerships to realize clients’ personal and professional potential.
With curiosity and life-long learning as core values, Krish seeks to continuously add to his repertoire of skills supporting his coaching practice. He is a qualified coach supervisor and has recently pursued a diploma in applied clinical hypnotherapy.
Krish is an avid runner; when he is not pounding the earth or engrossed in an audiobook, he is likely to be found strumming his guitar, listening to his collection of vinyl records, or walking his super-energetic Jack Russell, Ringo. Krish is a Singaporean national and is blessed with a daughter and son.
