Laura Montville, MSOD, PCC is an executive coach and organization and leadership development consultant. Laura has experience in industries in biotech, finance, manufacturing, and deep experience in the healthcare field. She also has recently returned to her roots and is consulting in family business, offering years of experience from working in her own family’s business, a professional service firm.
Laura is known for her ability to work with executives in highly technical arenas, facilitating the restoration and effectiveness of relationships in order to carry out complex tasks and strategies. She is committed to developing people’s capacity so that they are empowered to lead fearlessly and create powerful results. She was recruited to bring her expertise to The Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership to design and deliver physician leadership programming. For 4 years, she brought groups of physician leaders together to learn and participate in courses designed to empower the physician leader with competencies such as Self Awareness (including Emotional Intelligence), Strategic Thinking, Finance, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Systems Thinking.
Laura has coached leaders across multiple levels of an organization to establish effective relationships, create organizational goals, and develop team culture. Laura has worked with teams to take them from a siloed culture to one that is more integrated and relational. Provided program management, design, strategic thinking, and facilitation to create the Executive Leadership Academies. Using a systems approach that includes a cycle of assessment, challenge, and support, clients are equipped to accelerate development and build leader behaviors. Laura asks intuitive and challenging questions to bring powerful awareness to clients about their values, strengths and behaviors.
