Lola, a Mauritian-French Master Certified Coach (MCC) specializing in leadership and systems psychodynamic coaching, is based in NYC. With over 15 years of experience, she offers executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership workshops globally. Lola's approach focuses on understanding clients' perspectives within their organizational culture and business environment, empowering them to embrace their most resourceful selves. Her personalized methodology emphasizes results, providing clients with clearer insights into team and organizational dynamics.

Recognized for her ability in supporting clients to enhance emotional intelligence and adaptive skills, Lola excels in team coaching and leadership training, particularly in post-merger integration scenarios. During her tenure in Hong Kong, she supported a leading loyalty business from startup to acquisition of two other major players. Lola's coaching blends systemic and humanistic approaches with evidence-based techniques, ensuring impactful results for clients and stakeholders across diverse national cultures and industries.
