As an executive coach, Lynn Ellen is committed to empowering people and teams that are foundational to the success of an organization. Lynn Ellen has coached to over 900 senior and high-potential individual leaders and leadership teams from a variety of industries and countries. She has coached leaders in business, non-profits, and other sectors in the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Africa.
With a clear focus on achieving individual and organizational results, she works with each client to build a trusting relationship in which she challenges and supports them to foster learning and growth. Lynn Ellen’s clients face a range of leadership challenges, such as transitioning to a new or expanded role, improving the performance of their teams, enhancing influence, communication, and executive presence, and/or scaling their leadership to improve leadership effectiveness and obtain the results they are looking for.
Prior to transitioning to leadership development, Lynn Ellen experienced first-hand the challenges facing leaders during her more than twenty-five years as an executive and consultant. She completed Georgetown University’s leadership coaching program in 2011 and pursues ongoing professional development in industry best practices, leading to her designation as a Master Certified Coach.
Lynn Ellen is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is certified in AIIR Dynamics 360, the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey, and is a trained Team Effectiveness Coach. She is also certified to administer the Hogan Development Suite, CCL’s Benchmarks 360, Workplace Big Five 4.0, Influence Style Indicator, Change Navigator, FIRO-B, FIRO Business, MBTI assessments, and the Global Leadership Profile. She speaks French and previously spent several years in North Africa and Europe.
