Magali Demierre is a Kellogg MBA with over 20 years of international leadership experience in top-tier organizations. She brings deep expertise in leadership and culture, employee experience, learning and development, talent management, and change management. An ICF-accredited executive coach and empathetic leader, Magali is known for driving people and culture transformation—aligning behaviors, systems, and processes to create more engaging and effective workplaces.
In her recent role as Global Head of Employee Experience at Philip Morris International, she led a major people-focused transformation, resulting in a 69% rise in eNPS. Prior to that, during a 17-year career at GE, she led cultural and workplace transformations across Europe and MENAT, significantly improving collaboration and engagement. Magali began her career in commercial learning and development and financial services, giving her a strong foundation in strategic execution.
She is passionate about helping leaders thrive in today’s complex post-COVID world—balancing the needs of individuals, teams, and organizations. She also specializes in leadership transitions, drawing on the double diamond framework by Navid Nazemian to guide executives through critical career moments.
Magali brings lived experience from senior leadership roles in multinational companies across banking, manufacturing, and consumer goods. This gives her unique insight into the challenges leaders face and enables her to coach with credibility and impact. She is a certified Hogan assessor and Prosci change practitioner, known for blending strategic thinking with human-centered design to deliver sustainable results.
Now based in Abu Dhabi, Magali holds dual French and British citizenship. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, yoga, cycling, and acting. She recently relocated from London with her Swiss husband and their three children.
