Biography
Manuelle Charbonneau brings over 25 years of C-suite advisory, leadership development, and coaching experience to her work with CEOs, C-Suite executives, and high-potential VPs. A bicultural and bilingual dual citizen of France and the US, she coaches clients around the world in both languages, with a focus on the US, France, Canada, and India.
A pragmatic expert, she leverages her multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience to bring her clients to their next level of impact and results. Her clients consistently report a sharp acceleration in their ability to engage and influence others through high-stakes transformations across personality styles, teams, functions, organizational cultures, and national cultures.
She has worked with a broad range of clients, from the Global 500 and Fortune 500 to unicorn start-ups across sectors: high tech, luxury, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, biotech, aerospace, academia, defense, government, fashion, healthcare, professional and financial services, and non-profits. She now focuses exclusively on accelerating the growth and high-stakes transitions of senior leaders in expertise-intensive and high-complexity environments.
Manuelle served as a board member of the Los Angeles Organization Development Network and is a member of the Consulting Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association, where she has been a repeat national conference presenter.
