Margaret is a highly experienced life sciences executive with three decades of industry experience and a passion for harnessing the potential in people and organizations. What sets her apart is the breadth and depth of her leadership experience across operations (P&L and General Management), Marketing, and People & Organization, gained in the US, UK and Europe. She has led enterprise-level strategic capability building and transformation initiatives and is known for delivering exceptional results, inspiring and developing teams to thrive through disruption and change, and embedding a customer- centric culture.
She founded M Dean Coaching & Consulting GmbH to bring her wealth of experience and coaching expertise to bear as an Advisor, Executive and Team Coach to C-level leaders, teams, and non-profit organizations in the life sciences industry. In addition to holding an MBA from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, Margaret is an ICF- and AoEC-certified Executive and Systemic Team Coach and certified in numerous psychometric and leadership assessments including the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessment, and Team Connect 360 and methodologies including Growth Edge Coaching, Adaptive Leadership, Systems Change and Embodied Transformation.
Margaret founded and runs an active Transition Community to support people undergoing career and life transitions, volunteers time to support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and is an aspiring Board Member, having recently completed the St Gallen Board Academy. She is also a yoga instructor, avid nature lover and mountain sports enthusiast.
