Martin Costa is an executive coach and organizational development professional with 25 years of experience working with leaders to develop solutions through the frameworks of business and finance, organizational dynamics, and leadership practice. Martin’s areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development, change strategy, career coaching, organization design, and team development.
In his internal and external OD work, Martin has been involved in the design and delivery of leadership development programs for several major international organizations. These programs included dozens of individual coaching engagements, with the focus ranging from the development of individual career plans to the execution of strategies to lead organizational transformation.
Martin’s OD work is highlighted by the launch, leadership, and successful sustainment of a Lean Six Sigma program at a top-ranked academic medical center in New York City. The Lean program spanned the clinical, research, and education missions of the organization, as well as corporate services.
He has also led department redesigns, culture change initiatives, change management programs for IT system implementations, and the design and management of a career development department for a major professional services firm.
As a coach and facilitator, Martin leverages his business knowledge, organizational systems focus, and personal positivity to engage and support clients.
