Originally from the New York City area, she studied Theater and Psychology which was the foundation for her passion in studying a character's journey. Before launching her coaching practice in Sweden, she held pivotal roles in global organizations such as Morgan Stanley, SAP, Rohm and Haas (merged with Dow Chemical), Saint Gobain & Essity, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources.
Melanie's expertise has been applied within her long-term client partnerships such as: AstraZeneca, Volvo & Spotify. Her proficiency lies in coaching, team & leadership development, employing a multifaceted approach grounded in evidence to help clients navigate organizational complexities, challenging situations, and building trust. She holds the esteemed Master level designation from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches and is actively pursuing the Certified Master Facilitator level in collaboration with the International Institute for Facilitation.
