Meet Melanie Paige Elmquist

With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resource Executive in international corporations, Melanie Paige Elmquist is a distinguished figure in the field of executive coaching. Known for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and a profound ability to establish trust, Melanie is dedicated to partnering authentically with her clients, listening without judgment thereby enabling leaders to explore unseen limitations and new possibilities.

Originally from the New York City area, Melanie studied Theater and Psychology at NYU Tisch School of Arts, where she developed a deep understanding of character journeys and the motivations behind human behavior. Since 2012, she has been living and working in Sweden, where she launched her coaching practice after holding pivotal roles in global organizations such as Morgan Stanley, SAP, Rohm and Haas (merged with Dow Chemical), Saint Gobain, and SCA (now known as Essity), where she served as Vice President of Human Resources.

Melanie's long-term client partnerships with companies like AstraZeneca, Volvo, and Spotify span over 10 years. She excels in executive coaching, team and leadership development, and employs a multifaceted approach grounded in evidence to help clients navigate organizational complexities. Melanie supports leaders in transitioning from individual contributors to enterprise leaders and assists CEOs of smaller startups and one-person HR organizations in setting leadership strategies. She holds the Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) designation from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and is a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) with the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC).
