Monica Cable is a certified executive leadership coach, based in Sydney, Australia. She has over 18 years’ coaching experience, working with C-suite and high potential executives across a multitude of corporate, not for profit and government sectors.
She is known for her holistic, strengths-based approach, assisting clients thrive in the face of complexity and rising demand. She builds relationships based on trust, collaboration, support and accountability. Her collaborative pragmatic style allows coaching counterparts to engage in reflective yet challenging coaching conversations. Monica has lived in various countries around the world (India, Chile, France, UK, Australia), enabling her to work effectively with a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds. This global experience gives her a broad perspective on leadership and enables her to tailor her coaching to the unique cultural dynamics and organizational challenges her clients face.
Prior to her executive coaching career, Monica worked in executive search, outplacement, and HR management in financial services. As a result, she developed a deep knowledge of different organisational cultures and systems and how these impact staff at every level. Monica also started and managed her own private psychology practice. Her background and experience in this area have contributed to giving her a thorough understanding of the drivers of human behaviour. Alongside her coaching career, Monica runs supervision sessions for coaches either individually or in small groups. She supervises many of Australia’s top coaches bringing another layer of depth to her approach.
