Biography

Ned Eustace is a leadership strategist and executive coach who works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating high-pressure growth, transformation, and integration. Ned brings more than 25+ years of experience operating inside complex, global organizations across technology, professional services, healthcare, retail, and financial services. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at IBM during a period of significant portfolio transformation, including large-scale cloud and AI shifts, multiple PE and VC-backed acquisitions, and the integration of major businesses such as Red Hat. His roles spanned corporate development, leadership development, professional services, and senior HR leadership, often working directly with executives reporting to the CEO.
