Previously, he held several leadership roles at IBM, helping the company transform its portfolio to nearly 50% cloud and AI/data offerings, including the launch of Watson Health, numerous PE/VC-funded acquisitions, and culminating with the industry’s largest software acquisition of Red Hat. Most recently, he served as the Human Resources Leader for two core professional services businesses, supporting the SVP of Corporate & M&A Strategy and the SVP of Legal and Regulatory Affairs (both reporting to IBM’s CEO). Prior to that, he was the Corporate Development Leadership and Development Global Leader, supporting acquisition and divesture actions, and a Partner with IBM’s Global Business Services (formally PWC), responsible for building enterprise-wide change management transformations.
