Oya Günay, an Executive Coach and Strategy Partner, collaborates with global leaders and senior corporate executives worldwide. With over 20 years of international business experience, primarily in financial services, she possesses a deep understanding of the language and dynamics of the business world.

Throughout her diverse executive career, Oya held notable positions such as Head of Investment Banking Operations (Banque Paribas), CFO (ABN AMRO Capital Markets Turkey), and Regional Project Coordinator (ABN AMRO Bank London and Vienna). Her extensive business background enables her to empathize with the challenges, goals, and opportunities faced by global executives. This experience propelled her transition into Executive Coaching and Strategic Partnerships allowing her to work across the globe.

As a global executive coach, Oya specializes in Leadership Development, Business and Financial Acumen, Team Effectiveness, Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Conflict Management. By integrating principles from behavioral science with her extensive business acumen, Oya facilitates maximized potential and sustained behavioral change.
