Payal has worked with senior leaders and entrepreneurs across diverse industries, such as global consulting firms, the British Government, the IT sector, the technology & data analytics sectors, and the publishing and manufacturing sectors, amongst others.
Payal has a two-path approach to coaching: the first is anchored in helping clients enhance their self-awareness to understand themselves better. The second is supporting her client’s growth through the learnings they gain through curiosity, exploration, and reflection in coaching. Clients have recognized Payal's ability to build trusting relationships and create a supportive coaching environment with her natural empathetic approach while staying results focused.
Payal is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor and an Emotional Intelligence Fellow with the US-based non-profit Six Seconds. Furthermore, she is certified in Hogan Assessments and the Positive Resilience Profiler. She is a certified Deep Transformational Coach with the 'Center for Transformational Coaching'. To help her clients create positive personal and professional change, Payal uses valuable insights from the 'Neuroscience of Change, a subject in which she is deeply interested.
Payal brings to AIIR twenty-two years of corporate work experience in customer engagement and leading people. In her career in the global airline British Airways, Payal worked with multicultural teams and honed her skills in managing people through complexity, uncertainty, and change. In 2015, after having spent more than five years conducting workshops on various topics related to leadership skills, Payal founded her coaching consultancy, 'The Empowered Leadership'.
