Geographically, Rajeev’s exposure spans the Asia-Pacific, North & Central America, Russia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. His sector experience covers energy, telecom, media, real estate, healthcare, breweries, automobiles, financial services, information technology, professional services, and manufacturing.
As a Certified Coach and Facilitator, Rajeev has been involved in engagements encompassing vision setting, strategy facilitation, personal branding, trusted advisor, communication skills, leadership development, conflict management, and leadership behavioral coaching. His clientele has been mainly CXOs and high performers in global organizations across the Asia Pacific region.
Rajeev’s foray into Executive Coaching is a further extension of his experience and capabilities in leading and mentoring high-performance teams in dynamic organizations and complex situations. To enhance the value of his coaching assignments, he brings together his rich experience in working across countries, cultures, and organizations and his strength in leading people to the fore.

In most of his past roles, Rajeev has specialized in setting up new businesses or targeting new markets and running them successfully while simultaneously hiring and leading highly energized teams. He also mentored colleagues across the Asia-Pacific region in his last role with Deutsche Bank.
