Ren Wiebe is a seasoned Executive Coach, Team Coach and Facilitator. He has been with AIIR Consulting since 2015 and created the AIIR Team Effectiveness model and service line. Over the past 25 years, he has made significant contributions to the field of leadership - 15 with Canada’s premier Human Capital Consulting firm. His personal mission is "to support and energize the development of leaders and teams." Ren thrives on helping leaders maximize their impact and satisfaction. He is also a dynamic Facilitator and Trainer for leadership teams.
Ren draws from his deep leadership and business experience in Finance, Real Estate Development and Professional Services. For 6 years, he held senior roles with a real estate conglomerate, where he led the syndication group. In these roles, he discovered his passion for leadership. In 1991, Ren returned to pursue a Master in Applied Psychology, focused on leadership and coaching. Then, for 15 years, he became a sought-after Coach and VP with Canada's premier Human Capital consulting firms. As part of the leadership team, the Leadership Solutions practice experienced exponential business growth and innovation.
As a coach, Ren has a proven track record of helping leaders and teams thrive in complex business/organizational contexts. He is a trusted advisory who helps clients challenge their thinking and stretch outside of their comfort zone to grow. His approach is collaborative and results-driven - helping leaders create actionable strategies. He has a particular passion for helping leader in the areas of: leadership presence, career growth, influence, decision-making, strategic thinking, conflict, relationships and communication. He has coached more than 50 intact leadership teams by facilitating conversations to enhance team culture and productivity. He helps teams build trust/safety and cohesion, and productive dialogue. He also supports them to increase team alignment, improve execution and adapt to change.
