Saloni Gupta is a certified international executive coach, passionate about helping leaders and organizations navigate change and succeed in a disruptive world.

Her corporate career spans 20+ years of being an innovative HR leader and coach with multinationals in North America, Europe, and Asia. A global citizen, Saloni has lived across 11 cities, 4 countries, and 3 continents. She has a deep understanding of leading teams across cultures and building an inclusive environment.

Saloni empowers her clients to enhance their self-awareness, overcome limiting beliefs, build trusting relationships, increase their influence, and develop a clear path for success. Saloni coaches with compassion and courage, focusing on holistic well-being along with high performance.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Saloni led Executive Coaching and Assessments for an American Fortune 500 company. In her corporate career, she led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change.

She is credited with launching the first-of-its-kind global coaching program for one of the world’s largest tech companies. Saloni leverages the best of the east and the west in coaching methodologies by combining models and scientifically validated tools with intuition and mindfulness.
