Biography

With 35 years of professional experience spanning management consulting, product design, and academia, Scott leverages his expertise to assist clients in navigating their career journey and reaching their highest potential. His affinity for collaborating with individuals and teams allows him to address each client's unique needs and intentions for coaching.

Specializing in leadership coaching, Scott draws upon his extensive background in coaching, advising, and facilitating executive clients and teams. Having worked with a diverse range of clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, from global multi-nationals to start-ups, he establishes relatability and credibility effortlessly. Scott's ability to build trust quickly, combined with his candid perspectives, enables him to offer unique insights tailored to each client's goals.

Prior to focusing on leadership coaching, Scott held roles as a management consulting partner with PRTM/PwC and COO of consulting firm Keystone Strategy. At PRTM/PwC, he supported communications and high technology clients in various areas, including strategy, operations, product design/innovation, talent development, and organizational design. At Keystone, Scott played a pivotal role in establishing the operational foundation necessary for rapid growth and successful scaling of the business.

Before entering the consulting field, Scott held positions as a product design manager with Apple and manager of mechanical engineering with Paradyne Networks. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor in the business schools of the College of William and Mary and American University.

Scott is actively involved as a board member and volunteer with several non-profits in the DC area focused on education and poverty alleviation. He and his wife divide their time between Washington DC and New York City.
