Prior to becoming an executive coach, she held diverse roles in multinational companies across Brazil, the US, and Latin America. Leading initiatives in Marketing, Direct Marketing, Communication, Education, Client Advocacy, and Strategic Planning, she notably introduced Sustainability to a major direct sales company in Brazil and implemented an American wellness startup.
For the past 13 years, her focus has been on coaching, mentoring, and human development programs. Through over 4,500 one-to-one paid coaching hours, she has fostered growth and transformation in individuals and organizations.
