An expert in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent optimization, Silvia designs and facilitates impactful programs that empower individuals to identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans for meaningful change. Her integral human approach enables leaders to align values and intentions with behaviors, fostering growth, sustainable success, by cultivating self-awareness and building critical soft skills.
Prior to establishing UNO Performance Integral, Silvia held diverse leadership roles in multinational service and product companies, collaborating with national and international stakeholders, primarily in Brazil, the US, and Latin America. Her experience includes leading transformative initiatives in marketing, direct sales, communication, education, client advocacy, and strategic planning. Notably, she spearheaded a pioneering effort to integrate Sustainability within two large companies in Brazil and oversaw the implementation of an American wellness startup in Latin America.
For the past 14 years, Silvia has been dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and delivering human and cultural development programs for individuals and organizations. She is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer mentor for two prominent women's leadership and development institutions in Brazil and serves as President and mentor within a business networking group.
