Biography

Silvia Suen is a dedicated leadership coach focused on empowering executives to reach their full leadership potential. With over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, consulting, and executive recruiting, she understands the complex challenges that leaders face in dynamic business environments.

Through personalized coaching programs, Silvia helps clients uncover and maximize their strengths, navigate challenges with clarity and confidence, and lead in a way that inspires peak performance. She conducts in-depth 360-degree assessments to identify development areas and customizes interventions such as one-on-one coaching, mentoring circles, and mental fitness training. Silvia also facilitates impactful group coaching sessions to strengthen team cohesion, effectiveness, and innovative capacities.

Prior to launching her independent practice, Silvia led executive search assignments and leadership development programs for top retail and consumer brands during her tenure with Spencer Stuart. Notably, she spearheaded a project with Miele China that resulted in 3x growth of their omni-channel retail business in just three years by reforming strategies and capabilities. With additional experiences at BCG, KKR, and adidas, Silvia has an intricate understanding of varied leadership demands across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the West.

She helps leaders become more self-aware of motivations and behaviors, overcome blindspots through pragmatic feedback, optimize decision-making, and cultivate compassionate leadership styles.
