Biography

Stacy Richards brings experience as a litigator and over 22 years in sales leadership in the legal technology industry to the AIIR Consulting Team. As an executive coach and seasoned facilitator of leadership learning workshops, Stacy has been recognized for her ability to help leaders at all stages of their careers tap into their innate human skills that enable them to collaborate, execute, inspire, and lead others. During the pandemic, Stacy built a coaching practice and designed the PRACTICE Method to help emerging leaders thrive and make a positive impact in their organizations.

As an executive coach, Stacy helps clients uncover and confront the root of their challenges, leading people and working effectively in highly matrixed organizations. She helps leaders see the value in behavior change to achieve their own personal satisfaction and long-term success in senior leadership roles.

Stacy has been committed to coaching and mentoring throughout her career, leading revenue-producing teams in the legal, professional development, and healthcare industries. Her experience includes several years in rapidly growing, SaaS-based, private equity-owned companies. During her career as a sales leader, she was a five-time President’s Club winner and understands the complexity of solution selling to the enterprise.

Stacy holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. She received her coach training with Seth Godin’s altMBA global online program. Stacy and her family reside in Philadelphia, PA, and Fort Myers, FL.
