Biography

Steve is a multicultural leadership coach who partners with high-performing executives in high-stakes environments to deepen their self-awareness and elevate their core leadership skills of active listening, empathetic connection, and confident, assertive communication. With a transformative approach rooted in empathy, deep listening, and genuine curiosity, Steve guides leaders to unlock their full potential—both professionally and personally.

Over the past 15 years, Steve has served as a coach, facilitator, and trusted advisor to more than 500 senior leaders across the globe. Whether helping clients navigate complex organizational dynamics or step more boldly into their leadership presence, Steve challenges them to think differently, lead courageously, and grow with purpose.

Steve’s approach is shaped by a rich international background—having lived and worked across Europe, South America, and North America—and by his senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like SC Johnson, Nabisco, Nike, and Novartis. There, he led large, diverse teams with a focus on innovation, performance, fluid communication and professional development. He understands firsthand the pressures and opportunities that come with global executive leadership.

A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with 2,500+ hours of coaching experience, Steve works with leaders at top-tier organizations such as Google, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, and Accenture, as well as with entrepreneurs and nonprofit executives. His clients value his ability to create a safe yet challenging space where they can grow, lead, and thrive.

Steve holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual degrees from Syracuse University. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he brings a nuanced, culturally agile lens to every coaching engagement—helping leaders transcend borders and become more impactful, human-centered leaders in an increasingly complex world.
