Biography
Steve is a highly rated executive leadership coach, former Fortune 500 executive, and trusted advisor who helps high-performing leaders strengthen their executive presence, communicate with greater influence, and lead confidently through complexity. With more than 10 years of coaching experience, over 2,500 executive coaching hours, and more than 600 senior leaders coached worldwide, Steve specializes in helping executives deepen their self-awareness and master the essential leadership skills of active listening, empathetic connection, and confident, assertive communication.
Drawing on decades of global business and leadership experience, Steve partners with executives navigating organizational change, career transitions, and high-stakes leadership challenges.
