Terence brings over 22 years of corporate experience as the general manager, leading and coaching multi-functional teams in global companies like P&G and Mentholatum. He has lived and worked in multiple regions of Asia, like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. Leaders with regional responsibilities for managing cultural diversity and distant leadership teams will benefit significantly from his coaching. Terence adopts a purpose-centered and strengths-based approach to coaching, helping clients reflect their core values and behavior patterns and leverage the strengths inherent within them to succeed. Terence earned a reputation for his ability to quickly create an authentic, trustworthy connection with clients and help them connect the dots to synthesize new, insightful learning, leading to transformation in mindsets and behaviors.
Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Terence was the General Manager of the Hong Kong & Singapore markets of the Mentholatum Company, building market-leading brands and delivering impressive P&L results in the consumer products industry. His other experiences include senior leadership positions with P&G, which equip him with an in-depth understanding of the nuances required to lead effectively in complex global organizations. While based in China, he was the General Manager for Asia Haircare Marketing, leading culturally diverse regional teams to develop successful brand-building strategies for two market-leading brands. He was also previously the Head of Marketing for P&G's Hong Kong and Taiwan organizations, leading the digital transformation and top talent development for more than 3 years.
