Since 2005, I have worked as an executive coach for clients ranging from C-suite and senior leaders to middle managers, as well as a leadership team coach and a leadership development facilitator, supporting the leadership development journeys of leaders globally.
I am driven by a service orientation and have a passion for supporting leaders as they strengthen their executive presence, resiliency, leadership prowess, problem-solving acumen, and communication capabilities that enable them to reach business goals and achieve their career aspirations.
A graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management, I began my career as an area director for a global educational services company. In this role I led teams to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets. The first regional team I led achieved the #2 ranking for revenue growth in the Western United States. This led to subsequent promotions to larger territories, where I exceeded targets across metrics ranging from profit growth to customer and employee satisfaction. I went on to build and lead sales, marketing, and operations teams in the engineering services, computer hardware, and food products industries before becoming a facilitator, coach, and consultant.
With over 20 years of international work experience as a specialist in coaching multicultural teams, I bring a global perspective to my work as a facilitator and coach. I have extensive training in intercultural leadership and communication.
I was mentored from a young age by a neuroscientist, which ignited a strong interest in applying neuroscience to leadership effectiveness. I also developed high standards around applying evidence-based methodologies in my executive and team coaching work. I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and regularly donate my time to mentoring graduate students and coaches and facilitators in the earlier stages of career development.
