Biography

My career began in technology, grounded in data, systems, and logic. What transformed me was realizing that technical excellence alone doesn't make a great leader. I had to learn how to understand people, starting with myself. That meant building self-awareness, regulating my reactions, understanding different perspectives, and communicating in ways that actually land. It also meant shifting from solving problems myself to enabling others to think and grow. That journey led me to spend the past 19 years helping others make the same transition.

With executive roles including Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director of Talent Management, I bring more than 30 years of multinational corporate experience. I understand what it feels like to lead in complex environments and carry the pressure of getting it right. That experience shapes how I support leaders today in practical and applicable ways.

My coaching integrates leadership principles, behavioral neuroscience, organizational development, and an evolving understanding of how AI is reshaping work. I help leaders not just adapt to change, but step into it with intention.

Many leaders are asking how to use AI without losing their edge. I frame it simply. AI is a tool. It is a brush. You are the human guiding that brush. The quality of what you create depends on your judgment, clarity, and intent. AI can amplify your thinking, but it cannot replace it.

Clients tell me I help them see what they could not see before. That may show up as clearer thinking, stronger communication, better handling of conflict, or more effective leadership during change.

I work with leaders from first-time managers to C-suite executives across industries and regions. Many are technically or analytically driven and want to strengthen their leadership presence and impact.

At the core, I help leaders become more aware, more intentional, and more effective in how they lead themselves and others in a complex and changing world.
