David DiStefano

David DiStefano is AIIR’s Chief Revenue Officer, providing leadership, direction, and an executive vision to ensure go-to-market alignment with the company’s strategic and financial goals. He is dedicated to building an amazing client-facing team that consistently delivers value-added solutions across all channels. Dave works collaboratively across the business development, account executive and account management teams to develop and deliver customized solutions and a seamless and exceptional experience for AIIR clients. Dave’s success is built on a platform of cultivating and sustaining trusted relationships.

Dave comes to AIIR after spending 25 years in the professional services industry – primarily in sales training and human capital consulting spaces. Over his career, Dave has held progressive leadership roles including CFO, Chief Operating Officer and CEO. As recognized sales performance thought-leader, Dave is a frequent presenter and speaker. He has worked with 100+ Fortune 1000 organizations helping them navigate their transformational journeys in hyper-changing global markets.

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant. He is married, lives in the Philadelphia area and is Dad to his three children. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Musicopia/Dancing Classrooms Philadelphia as Chair Elect, and The DMAX Foundation.
