AIIR Consulting today announced the appointment of Greg Leskew as Managing Partner. Based in Toronto, Canada, Greg will help the AIIR team continue to bring significant value to clients, serve as a strategic advisor to organizations navigating change, and support all facets of business development.
Greg has spent more than 20 years helping complex, global organizations turn leadership and talent strategy into measurable business results. His distinctly business-centric approach connects talent development directly to organizational outcomes, whether an organization is integrating an acquisition, executing an enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening its succession pipeline, or building the team effectiveness needed to deliver on its strategy. His extensive work with multinational organizations across industries, from financial services and engineering to energy, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications, gives him a rich, cross-cultural perspective on what it takes to drive change on a global scale.
“Organizations today are navigating more disruption than at any point in recent memory, and the ones that win are those that treat leadership as a business strategy, not a program. What drew me to AIIR is its commitment to connecting leadership development directly to measurable business outcomes. I’m thrilled to join the team, and I look forward to helping our clients build the leadership capability their strategies demand.”
— Greg Leskew, Managing Partner, AIIR Consulting
Prior to joining AIIR Consulting, Greg spent nearly seven years at LHH, most recently as Senior Vice President of Leadership Development, following senior roles leading the firm’s talent and leadership development solutions, including serving as Coaching Practice Lead. In these roles, he partnered with enterprise clients to design and deliver talent and leadership development solutions tied to their most critical business priorities. Before LHH, he spent more than a decade at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where as Head of Consulting, he spearheaded engagements that helped global organizations assess their leaders, close critical skills gaps, and build leadership capability at scale. Across his career, his client partnerships have spanned some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including Vanguard, Collins Aerospace, Manulife Financial, Scotiabank, RTX, and Enbridge Gas.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ottawa University and a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) designation. He is also a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Greg joins Megan Marshall, Joy Nissen, and Barb Rosen as Managing Partner at AIIR Consulting, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to expand its impact with clients across industries.
“Greg represents a rare pairing of coaching expertise and consulting depth. For more than two decades, he has helped some of the world’s most recognized organizations meet their most consequential leadership challenges — and we are delighted to welcome him to AIIR.”
