Barbara Rosen

Barb Rosen is a Managing Partner at AIIR Consulting, partnering with complex global organizations to navigate change through leadership development, executive coaching, and business transformation. She brings a rare combination of financial acumen and people-centered consulting, shaped by a career spanning banking, journalism, and human capital advisory work at firms including Korn Ferry, Aon, and Mercer.

Barb holds a BS in Finance and a Master’s in Magazine Publishing from Northwestern University. Prior to AIIR, she led leadership development initiatives at Korn Ferry, building assessment-driven programs for clients in Technology, Pharma, Professional Services, and Consumer Products. Outside of work, Barb is driven by a deep belief that empathetic, business-savvy leaders are the answer to almost every organizational challenge.
