Larry Clark is a seasoned learning, development, and talent executive with a proven track record of driving positive transformation at the enterprise level. As a Senior Executive Leadership Development Consultant at AIIR Consulting, Larry brings his deep expertise in designing and delivering strategic leadership solutions that help organizations navigate complexity and accelerate performance to our clients. Prior to joining AIIR, Larry served as Managing Director, Global Learning Services at Harvard Business Publishing, where he led the delivery of custom, research-based learning solutions to corporate clients around the world. He also held senior leadership roles at Comcast and Microsoft.


Jay Fehnel | Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting

Jay Fehnel is an executive coach with 23 years of experience as an operating and strategy leader in the media and technology sectors. He held COO and GM roles at Tribune Media Services and led Integrated Marketing for Redbox, supporting $2 billion in annual revenue. Jay has coached more than 200 executives, helping leaders gain greater self-awareness, perspective, and effectiveness in achieving their goals. Certified through Georgetown University, he also holds a Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors and has long served as a mentor and advisor at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and Purdue University.


Megan Marshall | Managing Partner of AIIR Consulting

Megan Marshall is a Managing Partner at AIIR Consulting, where she helps organizations unlock performance through strategic leadership development. Megan partners with HR and talent leaders to navigate complexity and drive meaningful, measurable business results. Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Charleston, and has a Master’s in Talent and Organization Development and Executive Coaching from the McColl School of Business at Queens University.
