Although they represent more than half of all management-level jobs, just 28% of senior leaders and 21% of c-suite executives are women, and just one percent of c-suite executives in the U.S. are women of color.
While underrepresentation at the top of organizations is less pronounced than it was a decade ago, the pressures of the pandemic have disproportionately affected women, leaving one in four women contemplating “downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce completely,” and threatening to undo the progress made over the past years.
In this on-demand webinar, AIIR’s Chief Customer Officer, Robyn L. Garrett, leads an all-star panel of women in leadership as they share their personal experiences, discuss the progress women have made and the obstacles that still stand in the way, and build a vision for how organizations can foster future generations of women leaders.
