Anne Davidson

Anne is a Client Success and Team Effectiveness Intern at AIIR Consulting. Anne has a B.A. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a certificate in Human Resource Management at West Chester University. As an active member of West Chester University’s DEI committee, she monitors and supports a positive campus climate, provide educational opportunities on identities and social justice, enhance efforts to increase access and success for underrepresented groups, and ensure compliance with Equal Employment/Educational Opportunity, Title IX, and ADA through well-defined measures. Currently, she lives in Pennsylvania, and enjoys going to the beach, reading, and watching old movies.
