Caroline Johansen

As a Leadership Development Intern, Caroline assists in designing and developing internal and external Leadership Development offerings. Additionally, she supports client-facing initiatives and activities within the Leadership Development team. She is a Junior at the University of Pennsylvania studying Neuroscience with minors in Cognitive Neuroscience and Bioethics. In addition to working at AIIR, Caroline is looking forward to raising her new kitten, finding the best soup dumpling in Philadelphia, and biking the full length of the Schuylkill River Trail.
