Ian Wilcox

With over twenty-five years of experience in professional services, Ian has worked as a management consultant, leading teams, building an industry sector, and managing large global client teams. His consulting work has focused on human capital and organizational effectiveness consulting and has encompassed many facets of human resource strategy, capability planning, organizational design, and compensation strategy. Ian served as the Global Head of Life Sciences for the HayGroup (now part of Korn Ferry) and was a Principal and Practice Lead at ZS Associates. He is an Executive Advisor to New Rhein Healthcare, a private equity firm, where he advises on human capital strategies for portfolio companies. Ian brings a strategic and operational perspective to AIIR’s Advisory Board. Ian has been a member of the Board since 2018.
