Jeremy’s approach to coaching is very practical and client-centered, focusing on the specific behaviors and skills that will help coachees to progress from where they are now to where they really want to go, based on their own self-perception, goals and objectives and, if appropriate, candid, anonymous input from others.

Rwanda is the ninth country that he has lived, studied and/or worked in for an extended period. The others are: France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the USA and his native UK. He has also traveled and done business in 40+ nations in Africa, Asia Pacific, North America and throughout Europe.

Jeremy has been a consultative career and leadership coach for the last 28 years, building on his 10 years of direct experience as a full-time leader and member of diverse and dispersed teams within six multinational organizations. Since 1992, Jeremy has designed and led many individual coaching engagements and small group processes on leader effectiveness, change management and career development issues for current and future leaders in academia, corporations, government agencies and non- profit organizations across North America, Western Europe and East Asia.

Jeremy’s coaching assignments have ranged widely from global leadership development for C-level executives; to career re-imagining, branding and transitioning for rising leaders, particularly women; to behavior modification for technically competent but interpersonally challenged middle managers; to career planning and development for new managers and high potentials.
