Michael Grube

Michael Grube is a Leadership Solutions Strategist at AIIR Consulting. In his role, Michael partners with clients to produce world-class solutions focused on their leadership development needs. Michael has a M.S. in Instructional Technology and a B.S. in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He brings nine years of experience designing, developing, and delivering leadership solutions to his role at AIIR. While Michael is adept in designing leadership solutions of any kind, his expertise is in digital solutions and he brings cutting edge-technology in the learning and development space to AIIR. Michael lives in Reading, Pennsylvania with his wife and two cats. Michael also plays the backyard game “cornhole” at a professional level and loves to play as much as he can in his free time.
