Robert Webb

Rob Webb is a seasoned global technology executive and senior executive coach with a passion for driving strategic change through technology innovation. With experience as Global CIO for Etihad Aviation Group, Hilton Worldwide, and Equifax, Rob has led major digital transformations across the hospitality, aviation, and financial services industries. He has lived and worked in cities worldwide, including Riyadh, Tokyo, and New York.
Before his current advisory role in Saudi Vision 2030, Rob began his career at Accenture and held divisional CIO roles at General Electric. He holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from ESCP European School of Management. Furthering his expertise, he completed executive education at MIT, IESE, and Harvard, and earned a Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD. Rob is also an Advanced Executive Coach certified by Columbia Business School.
