Stephen Novak

Stephen Novak is a Business Development Consultant at AIIR Consulting. He has a passion for building meaningful relationships that will make a lasting impact on people and organizations. Stephen brings experience in the HR, SaaS, and Change Management spaces impacting a wide variety of industries. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Sports Marketing from Duquesne University, and holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Stephen lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and their dog, Milo. Outside of work Stephen enjoys watching and debating sports, cooking, hikings, coffee, watching tv, being with friends, and is new to the world of being a “Potterhead”.
