As a Senior Leadership Solutions Designer, Thom is committed to fostering exceptional leaders. His role involves developing creative solutions for complex business issues related to leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
Thom discovered his passion for leadership development while serving as the Chief People Officer for a Leadership Institute. There, he created and led behaviorally-based leadership development programs for mid-sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining the Institute, Thom co-founded a consultancy where he used evidence-based solutions to enhance clients’ operational efficiency, communications, sales, and talent management. In his capacity, Thom provided counsel, coaching, and training to C-Suite executives and their teams. He also contributed his expertise to the legal sector, where he helped secure multi-million-dollar awards in civil litigation.
Thom embarked on his career at a Social Enterprise Startup, where he spent 17 years advancing through various roles. During his tenure, he spearheaded dozens of special projects, designed training and development curricula, delivered hundreds of workshops and keynotes, acted as a media spokesperson, and oversaw advertising and marketing campaigns.
When he’s not designing leadership solutions, Thom pursues his interests in dubbed anime, stand-up philosophy, and amateur photography.
