As a Principal Solutions Architect with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of leadership development, organizational strategy, and public communication, Thom helps senior leaders translate complexity into clarity and action. He designs high-impact programs that elevate executive performance, strengthen teams, and deliver measurable results, including a Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award–winning initiative in 2024. He has also spoken on leadership and change at events, including TEDx.

Thom discovered his passion for leadership development while serving as Chief People Officer at a leadership institute, where he built and led programs for mid-sized companies and Fortune 500s. Before that, he co-founded a consultancy focused on evidence-based approaches to leadership and organizational effectiveness. Since then, he has facilitated hundreds of executive sessions, mentored entrepreneurs, and advised C-level teams across Fortune 500s, global tech firms, healthcare, and professional services organizations. His work has also included supporting high-stakes legal strategy.

Earlier in his career, Thom helped scale a social enterprise from startup to $50M in annual revenue. That experience shaped his understanding of what real leadership looks like, and what it doesn’t. It also laid the foundation for his human-centered, behaviorally grounded approach to growth and change.

When he’s not designing leadership solutions, Thom is into dubbed anime, stand-up philosophy, amateur photography, and hiking.
