Ujjayini Brawley

Ujjayini Brawley is a Client Success Manager at AIIR Consulting. In her role, she is responsible for providing exceptional client experiences in developing high-impact engagements. Ujjayini holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Minor in Human Development, and an M.P.S in Industrial Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Maryland, College Park. After graduating with her Master’s, she codesigned and co-taught a Talent Development Master’s level course at UMD. 

With a background in psychology, business management, and coaching, Ujjayini has helped transform organizations in various fields, including government, private and public institutions. She specializes in transformational leadership, DEI, and strategic planning to support individuals, teams, and leaders in organizations. Prior to joining AIIR full-time, Ujjayini served as a producer for leadership development workshops at AIIR.

Ujjayini is a passionate advocate for improving health and wellness in the workplace by integrating insights from positive psychology and holistic mindfulness strategies to facilitate organizational and individual empowerment. She also serves as a member of The Society of Consulting Psychology and volunteers with youth organizations for learning development. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums worldwide, traveling, and learning new plant-based recipes.
