Bronze Award for Best Team Development Program: Unlocking Leadership Teams to Navigate Change at Giant Eagle

AIIR Consulting won the Bronze Learning and Development Award for Best Team Development Program for its work with Giant Eagle, a supermarket chain that operates more than 470 stores and employs more than 34,000 people, to develop a group of leadership teams across the organization. Our development solution combined individual coaching, team leader coaching, and both in-person and virtual team coaching sessions.

Silver Award for Best Advance in Executive Development: Officer Leadership Development Program at Burns & McDonnell

AIIR was also awarded a Silver Leadership Development Award for Best Advance in Executive Development for its work with Burns & McDonnell, an architecture and engineering company that employs more than 13,500 individuals. AIIR Consulting partnered closely with Burns & McDonnell to develop a group of new top-level executives to lead the organization through the explosive growth in the construction and manufacturing sectors that followed the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic.
