Lauren Byrne

Lauren Byrne is an Account Manager at AIIR Consulting. In her role, she focuses on building and fostering long-term, trusting relationships with her clients, and finding innovative and strategic solutions to best meet their needs. After graduating from Fordham University, and receiving a BA in International Political Economy, Lauren worked as a sales specialist selling technology for IBM and an IBM business partner. She then worked at a non-profit dedicated to advancing gender equity and protecting the human and civil rights of women and girls. Lauren is an activist both professionally and personally. She is committed to promoting DEI in the workplace and elevating typically marginalized voices. In her free time, you can find Lauren either with her local community advocating for change, doing something active whether it’s Pilates, soccer, pickleball, etc, or lost in a good book. She loves any adventurous activity no matter how crazy especially when her friends and family join.
