Eric Siegel, has consulted with emerging ventures, middle market growth companies, acquisition candidates, industry consolidators and public market candidates for over 35 years. His engagements have spanned a wide range of technology sectors and more traditional business lines as well. He has prepared numerous growth plans, assisted in their implementation and helped clients to complete transactions – both buy side and sell side – that enable them to achieve critical financial objectives. He has also served on the boards of directors for family owned, private equity backed and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Siegel supports AIIR with respect to the growth of its core business offerings and also supports corporate development activities with a focus on strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Siegel was a Lecturer in Management at the Wharton School for over 35 years. He co-authored The Ernst & Young Business Plan Guide, a book published by John Wiley & Sons and subsequently translated into five languages for publication in Europe. He has also co-authored and published studies focusing on growth companies, corporate venturing and venture capital investing.
Mr. Siegel received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and earned two undergraduate degrees, a B.A. and a B.S.Ec., from the University of
Pennsylvania.
