Abigail Ireland

Biography

Abigail Ireland is a Peak Performance Strategist based in London, England. She enables ambitious executives and teams to be consistently brilliant, and she is passionate about equipping people with the tools to fine-tune mindsets, energy levels and results.

Abigail has coached and trained thousands of people across the world, from all industries and levels of seniority (graduates through to the C-Suite). She trains leaders and teams on all areas of management, team and leadership topics - from leadership presence through to influencing, wellbeing and change management. She has recently been working with senior leaders in Europe to develop leadership skills during a major global transformation.

Abigail’s prior career spanned over a decade working for major UK and Australian banking institutions in everything from front office private equity and acquisition finance deal origination, through to portfolio management, strategy, business management, M&A and wealth. She has regularly worked alongside and advised C-suite executives, has sat on senior leadership teams and served as a Board Advisor. She is also an active business advisor and start-up ambassador.

Abigail is a qualified Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, DISC Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is also a qualified Chartered Banker with a First Class BSc Degree in International Management, and a project management practitioner. She consolidates her varied experience and skills into her unique methodology that optimizes psychology, physiology and productivity for peak performance. In 2020, Abigail co-founded a voluntary movement called Third Planet Collective, that acts as a catalyst to inspire organizational decision-makers and team members to act in a pro-planetary way. She brings together a network of like-minded individuals who are leading the way in various ways to protect and restore our beautiful planet, focusing on behavioral science and the power of everyday actions.
