Biography

Dr. Burak Koyuncu is an executive coach, leadership and organizational development advisor, keynote speaker, and educator with more than 20 years of experience supporting leaders and organizations in shaping their leadership, culture, and transformation journeys.

His curiosity about human behavior and leadership has shaped a career spanning HR, academia, strategy consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development. He has held senior executive roles including Senior Vice President at LHH, leading the Leadership Development business across 57 countries in EMEA and APAC, and Global Product Development Lead and EMEA Solutions Lead at Accenture Strategy. Earlier in his career, he held academic appointments at IE Business School, The Wharton School, and NEOMA Business School.

Burak brings together board-level business experience, rigorous research, and deep consulting and coaching expertise to help leaders grow, align their teams, and transform their organizations in a human-centered and sustainable way.

In addition to his advisory and coaching work, he regularly speaks, writes, and teaches about leadership, transformation, and high-performing teams and cultures.

He is a recognized thought leader with publications in leading academic and practitioner journals including Human Resource Management, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. As part of his portfolio career, Burak serves as an advisor and executive coach to leaders in global organizations, teaches at leading business schools, supports a few start-ups as an advisor, and acts as a Non-Executive Director at City HR Association.
